Upper floor of the main building accommodates, the spacious Master suite,
(2 King size beds) with high thatched ceilings, luxurious Java marble bathroom, with walk in dressing room.

Opening to a large Verandah, on two sides, with carved day bed and hammock. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the children's bed room ( with single bed and baby cot ) .

Ground floor. the Executive suite,
an Office/study (optional),
the Alcove Bedroom (Queen size bed) with toilet and shower,
an open terrace / living.

The main building is separated from the guest wing by a tropical garden with free form swimming pool. Our villa in Bali has been featured numerable architectural magazine and books, such as "Contemporary Balinese" luxury lifestyle, "Dove Magazine " (march 2000 edition) and many more.

Tropical garden with Lotus ponds, water fountains, lush landscaping and beautiful night illumination. The 17 m free form swimming pool is surrounded by two pool decks with deckchairs, and by crossing the pool you reach the guest wing. All of the buildings are built with local materials, Palimanan stones, thatched balinese roofs, timber floors, wooden columns and beams carved by Balinese craftsmen in Traditional Architectural Techniques.

Exquisite antique furniture and collectors items, paintings, books and carved statues, complete an elegant and comfortable interior.

The garden features some rare, antique stone statues from the balinese cultural heritage. The Villa is looked after by 14 trained full-time household staff , including a resident cook, with western Indonesian, Chinese and Bali cuisine, to take care of all your needs.

The spacious air-conditioned Master Suite, (2 King size beds) with high thatched ceilings, a large, luxurious Java marble bathroom with double sinks, a bath tub and a separate shower cabin, walk in dressing room occupy the whole upper floor. In the bedroom there are two large four-poster antique balinese beds, TV ( international channels ) and a stereo system.

High louvered doors open from two sides of the master suite to a huge covered terrace which is furnished with easy chairs and a comfortable hammock, a round breakfast table with chairs, two day beds, many floor cushions, and antique wooden statues. Adjacent to the bedroom is the small Children's bedroom, for a baby and babysitter.

The executive bedroom has :

• A king size four -poster, carved double Bed ( 2x2 m).
• A beautiful very large bathroom and toilet with bidet, with dbl. Lavabos and large walk-in shower.
• Separate toilet.
• All decorated with Balinese antiques.
• Also on the ground floor is the " Alcove " Bedroom, with shower.
• In front of the master bedroom is an outdoor living and terrace.
• The large, comfortably furnished terrace opens to the garden and pool.
• Adjacent to the bedroom is the studio-office. ( optional on request)

The Guest Wing is set away from the main building on the other side of the pool area and contains two air-conditioned guest rooms ( 1 dbl. bed & 1 with 2 single beds ) sharing one bathroom and an open living area.

Adjacent to this is the Guest Suite with its own bathroom, air-conditioned living area, and a small private terrace overlooking the garden.

Dining  Area / open and formal

On the other side of the swimming pool is the building with an outdoor dinning room (Thai/Japanese style) and a formal dinning room, air-conditioned,
( seats 12 persons ) and the main kitchen and pantry.

The dining area consists of three traditional buildings containing an air-conditioned indoor dining room with a long dining table seating up to 12 guests, and an airy, covered terrace with a small breakfast table and a low table with many floor cushions for casual lunch and dinner.

Both areas are served from the fully equipped main kitchen and a separate pantry. There is also a separate BARBECUE set amidst tropical plants and beautiful lawns, for outdoor parties.

Laundry

There is also a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and drying machine, looked after by experienced staff.

Services

There are two direct telephone lines with fax and Internet connections.

The staff of 14 includes an excellent cook (Western, Italian, American, Indonesian and Balinese specialties), house boys and house girls to take care of cleaning, laundry, and maintenance, several gardeners, 24-hour security staff, and a supervisor.

Several of the staffs live in the adjacent staff quarters.

The garage can accommodate 4 cars.

Classical Wantilan

A traditional Wantilan-style building in the garden which is used for Balinese musical and dance performances and parties or for casual social events.

The access to the property is by a small private road.

The Main Gate opens into a Private Parking area and covered Garage for 4 cars. One enters the main garden from the parking lot via a majestic Balinese gate.

The whole property is surrounded by a high overgrown wall for privacy and security. The Staff quarters are adjacent and separated from the main area and has it's own service entrance.
